About the process
The first step is contact. You will be asked a series of questions in order to determine what you are looking for in a custom design. Next design options are drawn and selected from. Once a design is chosen a hand carved model of the design is made. The model is approved by the customer and then goes through the casting process and into finishing. The last step is a happy customer!
